Solid State Variable Speed AC Motor Control KBWC-13K

Infinite variable speed control is provided for shaded pole and PSC motors. The maximum amperage on the motor's nameplate must not exceed the max amps rating, as this could result in damage to both the control and the motor. It is essential to run the motor with enough torque to prevent stalling, as a stalled motor can overheat and burn out. Additionally, a fan blade must be installed on the motor shaft for direct drive cooling. This control is not suitable for use with gear motors, and once installed, it is non-returnable.

This control is designed to fit a standard 2" x 4" electrical wall box and has a maximum amperage of 2.5 at 115 volts. It is both UL and CSA approved for safety and reliability. It is important to note that this control is not compatible with capacitor start or capacitor run motors.
